SKILL BOOK - CONNECTING TRAINEES TO SKILL is a novel and unique innovation patented by Government of India on date 11 May 2002 with patent no 396639 with effect from patent published date 21 June 2021.

SKILL BOOK is established for branding of SKILLs, ITI's, Training, Trainees, Students, Schools, Colleges, Institutes and Farmers at grassroots levels to make SKILL INDIA.

SKILLBOOK is a social justice giving program for grassroots poor trainees, students, farmers etc. There is a great opportunity given by us to people to share social responsibility. That’s why this organization is working on no loss no profit basis. SKILLBOOK is used to solve following problems.

1) Unemployment - It is a big problem of every nations. This startup provides a digital platform for JOBS, APPRENTICESHIPS and SERVICES.

2) Non Skill Education - This platform provides one lack video of skills.

3) Migration towards big cities - This platform makes SELF HELP GROUP of SKILL-MANS and form there startups at their home town.

4) Unskilled Workers in companies - Many companies working with unskilled workers. This platform provides distance training, testing, certifying with proper authorities.

The concept of Skill Book is a digital resolution to connect one crore trainees with one lakh skills. The trainees admitted in the Industrial Training Institute are in the age group of more than fourteen years. Trainees are admitted to industrial training institutes mainly for low marks and for immediate employment. The Industrial Training Institute is expected to guide the trainees in training, examinations, apprenticeship, job, entrepreneurship. The concept of Skill Book has been introduced to ensure that all these facilities are available to all the institutions in the same manner.

The Skill Book is aimed at connecting one crore trainees in our country with the best one lakh skills in the world in the first phase. It is to be completed in the next five years. At the heart of the Skill Book concept is the ability to monitor the industry at the international level and select skills and create training materials for it. Skill (SKILL), Trainee (TRAINEE), Craft Instructor (Trainer), Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Basic Training and Related Instruction, Industry Are. Industrial training institutes are the mainstay of this skill development. The main task of the Skill Book is to connect them with people and make them more dynamic and efficient.

The aim is to create a set of one lakh skills through expert books by expert Craft Instructors and Trainers it to one crore trainees-students through this computer algorithm. This skill book project will be implemented through public-private partnership in collaboration with Central and State Governments.

Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Craft Instructor, Trainee (TRAINEE) will be invited to create a set of one lakh skills. After checking all these skills, they will be given IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. One lakh skills will be added, tested and published in a short period of time to connect the trainees.

In order to create a set of one crore trainees, they will be connected through a controlled system by contacting the governments of different countries and states. Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) will be signed with universities, colleges, schools, charitable organizations, companies, industries, corporations, self-help groups, people's representatives, Jananayaks etc.

After the independence of INDIA in 1947, DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING (DGET) was established under the Ministry of Labor to impart vocational training. For this, now a day a new Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has been set up. In the training year 2020-21, more than twenty three lakh trainees are undergoing training from more than fourteen thousand industrial training institutes in INDIA. Industrial Training Institutes (ITI's) are considered to be the foundation of training in rural INDIA. Their main job is to provide the skilled manpower needed to run the industry. Industrial training institutes mainly train unskilled trainees according to modern curriculum to make them skilled trainees.

In today's mobiles and computers world, modernization of Industrial Training Institutes (ITI's) has become the need of the hour. There is also a need for Modern Computer Training Systems to adapt to the changing day today needs of the Industry. Skill Book is a complete software solution of collective Skills and Entrepreneurship. Skill book provides user friendly interface between Trainee and Skills. Skill Book is available in both Dynamic Web Portal and Mobile Application platforms. Skill Book is a faster and advanced way of connecting people to skills in global level.

SKILLBOOK is a concept of "CONNECTING ONE CRORE TRAINEES TO ONE LACK SKILLS". It is a digital platform to publish SKILLS. This is an innovation of ITI Teacher.

 3.0 Welcome Screen / Dashboard -

On the welcome screen, the founder and brand ambassador of this scheme, Dr. Kiran Prakash Zarkar's photo and message will come for ten seconds. The number of skills and trainees you currently have that will be displayed on the dashboard. Your logo and motto will appear on it. It will also show the following information.  

4.0 Login screen

There will be easy facility to login and sign up mobile app on the login screen. In the sign up facility, you're Mo.No. will be verified with OTP. This includes Trainee, Student, Craft Instructor, Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Basic Training and Related Instruction, Industry, ITI PASS (SKILLMAN).

 5.0 Main Screen -

Options like SKILLS, TRAINEE, CRAFT INSTRUCTOR, ITI, SKILL MAN, APPRENTICESHIP-JOB, CONNECT etc. will appear in the main screen. Each option will have different forms and tools to collect information. Each trainee can upload their skills.  

 5.1 SKILLS -

Everyone will see all the skills in this screen. You will be able to find the skills you need. It will be easy to find the name of the skill or the name of the publisher. It will have the facility to upload skills, up to five minutes. It will have the facility to upload images, blogs, articles, messages. This will be visible for all types of viewer. The SKILL with the most likes and views will be given award of Skill of the Year at the end of the year.  

5.2 TRAINEE OR STUDENTS

In it all the trainees will be able to record what training you took. They will be able to record what they have learned in theory and practical on a daily basis. According to syllabus daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports will be prepared. Trainee or Student upload five minutes videos, important notes, self-drawn images and created jobs pictures. This part will be visible only to the trainee - Craft Director - ITI or Student-Teacher-School. It will have the facility to upload any day. After Special approval it will display with unique id to all.

5.3 CRAFT INSTRUCTOR

Every day Craft Instructor can record the training given to trainees,  attendance of the trainees, the extra work done.Craft Instructor will be able to record theory and practical details on every day.Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports will be prepared. Craft Instructor will upload videos of theory and practical's, self-drawn images, created jobs etc. This part will be visible only to the trainee - Craft Director - ITI. It will have the facility to upload any day. Craft Instructor will have the facility to record the trainee's attendance, own daily diary, trainee's practical marks, monthly test marks, absent notice, progress chart etc.  

5.4 ITI

It will have the facility to give electronic orders to all Craft Instructors and Staff by Principal. Principals and Group Instructors may issue orders in PDF and message format which will send to the concerned Staffslogin, email id, and message on Mo.No.  

5.5 SKILL MAN

All SKILLMAN can register according to the pin code. They can get the right value by offering the skills SKILLMAN have.  There is a need of SKILLMAN at rural and urban areas. Skillman can contact to customer as per the demand. All Skills and upcoming tasks will be uploaded here. For this, each Skillman will have to pay a nominal fee of one thousand rupees for each year. After that he will start getting work orders from here.  

5.6 APPRENTICESHIPS AND JOBS

In this, data will be sent to each other by registering those who want apprenticeship and those who want to give it. This will enable the trainees to get the apprenticeship immediately and meet the need of skilled manpower in the business world.  

  5.7 CONNECT TO SERVICE

Customer can record the work, services that they want. Customer will see the information of all the trained and skilled workers, shops, companies available for their work. Also their information will go to the concerned workers, shops and companies. They will also be contacted from there. This service will be free for all customers.
