ABSTRACT

VOCATIONAL TRAINING POLICY 2014 research article is a way towards developed India. Because of this policy Training is easier, effective, quick and perfectly skilled. 

Important Outcomes Of Policy 

1) Increase Stipend – ITI is a very old, historical, vocational training all over the world. At a time 20 Lakh trainees are taking admission in ITI per year and at a single time there is a examination of all trainees in India. There is no provision of Stipend to trainees from Central Government of Nation and also Maharashtra Government giving only 60 rupees to reserved category and 40 rupees to open category trainees. Means yearly 720 and 480 rupees per year respectively. There isno increment since last 30 years. Practically, ITI trainees are son of farmer, worker, small shopkeepers etc. These trainees are from very poor and grassroots families. Maximum families are below poverty line. So there is a need to increase stipend 1000 rupees per month.

2) Common Kitchen Scheme – At every District and Taluka level there are ITI situated. Grassroots trainees admitted into those institutes. District Institutes provides hostel facilities. These poor trainees can not afford to join mess. They are satisfy to eat self made cooked food. There is are requirement to give food material to trainees like 5 Kg Jowar, 5 Kg Wheat, 5 Kg Rise etc. Every hostel contained mess room and kitchen room. Majority mess and kitchen rooms are closed or not in working condition. Government decide to open these kitchen rooms and give Common Kitchen Rooms to trainees provide clean water, pots, gas etc.

3) Increase in scholarships – There is a scholarship given to trainees by state government. Engineering / Pharmacy Student gets more than 15000, Diploma trainees gets more than 12000 but ITI trainees gets below 2000 rupees. Engineering / Pharmacy / Diploma colleges are running for 10 months but ITI running 12 months. So scholarship for ITI Trainees increased more than 18000 rupees per annul.

4) Apprentice in Government offices – Skilled Human Resource is required to complete quickly public work at government to office. Many offices lack of clerical staff and technical staff. On this post COPA/DTPO/SP trainees can Apprentice on this post and get public work quickly.

5) Self Help Group – Woman Saving Groups are made by Maharashtra government and this sachem is very effective to increase woman’s standard of life. Like that central government register groups of ITI trainees and provide loans against there 1

year saving when he is a Apprentice. This is a big vision to establish more industries at small village and there is stop need to find employments at big cities. Increase village economy and family love by this scheme.

6) Real Time Data Base Information Management System – This system is made by making user friendly WEBSITE to collect and display information of trainees, trainers, institutes, courses, syllabuses, books, notes, audio visuals, slide shows, apprentice, industries, employments etc. One voice call dial and call Police, Ambulance, Kisan Seva’s etc like that establishment of Trainee Seva Center giving information from admission to employment on dialing toll free no from any where quickly and easily.

7) Trainer Management – Quality of training is depend on how skilled trainer is. Depending upon the standard of training techniques there are grades of trainers grade A / B / C Trainer. Government required to provide facilitates to Highly Skilled Trainer and got job of training from them all over the nation.

8) Code of Conduct for Trainer – Trainer is a mirror of trainee. Highly manipulated code of conduct is require for trainer to make skilled trainer.

9) Sports Championships, Learning Room Program, Challengeable Programs, Office Automation, Conference and TV room training, Online web site training like these all innovative points are presented in new manner in this policy.

This is not important who is author of this policy important is that what is the issues and how to make skilled India as early as possible. I am on my way to make my India no. 1 in world. I want to see a label on every thing “Make in India Made in India”.
