He got Patent from date 21 June 2021. He also got Hon. Doctorate from many Universities and Institutes in Vocational Training Subject on Date 21 February 2021. He got Honorary Doctor of Literature from many Universities on Date 25 August 2021.

Dr. Kiran Prakash Zarkar is a grandson of freedom fighter Late. Devidas Madhav Zarkar. He is working as a Craft Instructor (COPA) in Government Industrial Training Institute Vashi Dist Osmanabad Maharashtra State. Dr. Kiran Zarkar born on 9th December 1984 at Barshi District Solapur in a very poor family background. He is a first Patent holder in the world as a Craft Instructor in Industrial Training Institute and Skill Development Institutes in the world. SKILLBOOK is a concept of "CONNECTING ONE CRORE TRAINEES TO ONE LACK SKILLS". It is a digital platform to publish SKILLS. This is an innovation of ITI Teacher.
